We are preparing applications for relevant platform APIs to support advertising operations, reporting analysis and internal workflows on a secure, limited and duly authorised basis.
Effective date: 19 August 2026Better Buy Global Limited does not currently use the relevant platform APIs and is preparing applications in accordance with platform requirements. After appropriate access is granted, the company intends to use internal tools to retrieve reports, analyse advertising activity and improve workflows, subject to applicable platform terms, permissions and policies.
The company manages advertising accounts for its own group brands and duly authorised brands. Under separately agreed service and account-authorisation arrangements, it may also support advertising operations for external clients. Amazon Ads applications and use cases will be handled according to the actual activity under the Direct Advertiser or applicable Partner/Agency category. Public information describes the business scope; store, advertising-account, client and internal identifier mappings remain in controlled internal records.
API and platform access takes place only after appropriate authorisation and remains subject to the terms, permissions and policies of Google, Amazon, Meta or another applicable platform. This page does not claim any developer token, partner status, certification or platform approval that has not been granted.
Access is limited to personnel and appropriate service providers with a defined business need. Permissions are role-based and reviewed or revoked when responsibilities, engagements or authorisations change. Credentials, tokens, keys and other security information are not disclosed on the public website.
Only information reasonably required for a defined and authorised business purpose is processed. Platform data is not used for undisclosed, unauthorised or incompatible purposes. Customer, store, advertising-account and personal-level sensitive mappings are not published.
Information is retained in line with its business purpose, applicable platform terms and legal requirements. When the purpose is complete, authorisation is withdrawn or retention is no longer required, information is deleted or de-identified and related access is revoked as appropriate.
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the information and risk are used, including access restrictions, credential protection and reasonable provider management. Approved providers may process information only for agreed purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
